You know the teens in your small group have a variety of capabilities and maturity levels, but sometimes it seems like one or two are really struggling to stay engaged with the conversation. That can cause stress on the rest of the group and sometimes makes the whole group experience seem like a no win for anyone. What should you do as the leader?
